Ace Stream Media allows you to stream video directly from a torrent without having to download the entire file or using a separate torrent client.
Ace Player HD is the easiest method to accomplish this. You will need to know the basics of VLC Media Player. However, if you click on "Open File", you'll see that it can now open a.torrent. This was what we tried. It took around 30 seconds to connect, buffered and downloaded the first portion of the video. Then it began playing exactly like a local file.
There were no issues with playback. However, this can vary depending on your video resolution and network connectivity, the number of peers that you have, and other factors. Ace Player HD will stop playing if you move too far forward on the timeline. This can cause Ace Player HD to end all of its transfers and find the necessary files. Once it finds them, Ace Player HD downloads and buffers again the video. It took us around a minute.
You can also download the "TS Magic Player" extension to your browsers Mozilla Firefox and Opera, which lets you stream torrents directly from your browser.
"Ace Stream Multimedia Plug-in" can be used as a multifunctional web-player. "TS Magic Player" - an extension that works with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera - streams torrent files.
The browser extensions are less convincing than we thought. Although the Firefox extension is "test build", it's not yet available on the official site, they worked in our tests. You can disable or remove them if you experience any issues.
Although we aren't sure how helpful the extensions will be, Ace Player HD was able to stream our torrents with no difficulty. It also didn't interfere with our VLC install.
